According to Archaeological department of India the World’s smallest coin is half vellichakram is the 

world’s smallest coin,Which weighs 0.18 gm and 5mm diameter.

The world largest gold coin was minted in Australia, Perth. It weighs more than one tone with a denomination of Australia $ 1 Million.

It is 31 inches wide and more than 4.7 inches thick and it made out of 99.99% pure gold!

It bears the image of the Queen on another side leaping Kangaroo.
